  2. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.
  3. When you send email or other communications to Classic Valet Parking, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
  4. Classicvaletparking.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Personal Checks.
  5. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards. For grocery purchases, we are unable to apply manufacturer's coupons, food stamps, or any other payment method not listed above.
  6. Classic Valet Parking, Inc. only processes personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and/or the supplementary privacy notices for specific services. In addition to the above, such purposes include:
  • Providing our services, including the display of customized content and advertising;
  • Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;
  • Ensuring the technical functioning of our network;
  • Protecting the rights or property of Classic Valet Parking, Inc. or our users; and
  • Developing new services.
  1. We restrict access to personal information to Classic Valet Parking, Inc. employees, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.\
  2. We do not share customer information (name, address, credit card info) with any third party sources.
  3. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of our services.
  4. All moneys, except the $300.00 insurance fee, are refundable to private party customers 72 hours prior to the start of their event.
  5.  Fifty percent (50%) of all moneys, except the $300.00 insurance fee, are refundable to private party customers 24 hours prior to the start of their event.
  6. One hundred (100%) of all moneys are non-refundable to private party customers less than 24 hours prior to an event.
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes). Each version of this Privacy Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date, and we will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
